RESPONSIBILITIES
4 WEEKS BEFORE
Please discontinue the following:

Exfoliating the area (physical or chemical)

2 WEEKS BEFORE
Please discontinue the following:

Waxing

Spray tanning / sunless tanning

72 HOURS BEFORE
No blood thinning supplements or medications such as Ibuprofen, NSAIDS, aspirin, fish oil, vitamin E unless medically necessary.

48 HOURS BEFORE
No alcohol or caffeine.
​
DAY OF TREATMENT
No working out / sweating.
SANIDERM​
A clear, protective patch will be applied over your new tattoo before you leave the studio. After 3 days, remove the saniderm patch under warm water.

MIEL HEALING BALM
After saniderm is removed and your tattoo is rinsed with warm water, pat dry and apply a small amount of Miel. Continue using your healing balm for 2 weeks, a minimum of 3x a day. If your skin looks or feels dry, apply as needed.

WASH
Washing is only necessary in the event that your saniderm patch falls off before the 3rd day. If this occurs, rinse under warm water and wash with antibacterial dial soap. Pat dry, then proceed with Miel healing balm application.

ENJOY
Your new tattoo will appear lighter upon initial healing, and will darken to its final color by 6 weeks. A touch up is not necessary unless you'd like one.
